Job Summary: We are seeking a technical documentation specialist to lead content optimization and ensure its quality, consistency, and reusability across engineering and technology projects. With a team of around 75 people and offices in Martorell (Barcelona) and Mutilva (Pamplona), we continue growing—and we want you to grow with us. **What will be your mission?** You will play a key role in evolving our technical documentation processes, leading optimization of the content lifecycle and ensuring its quality, consistency, and reusability. You will be a strategic figure in implementing and managing CCMS environments under the DITA standard, contributing vision, structure, and best practices. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Design and optimize workflows for creating, reviewing, and publishing technical content. * Implement and manage CCMS environments, defining taxonomies, metadata, and reuse-oriented structures (topic-based authoring). * Collaborate closely with Engineering and IT teams to integrate systems and manage graphic assets (SVG). * Author and edit high-quality technical documentation in Spanish and, if possible, in English. * Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency of content across various output formats. **What are we looking for in you?** * Solid experience working with **DITA**, applying principles of content structuring and reuse. * Practical knowledge of **CCMS or DMS** management, whether in configuration, administration, or migration. * Excellent technical writing skills in Spanish. * Analytical ability to design and improve documentation processes. * Strategic vision of information architecture and orientation toward continuous improvement. **What do we offer you?** * Flexible hybrid model: 3 days in the office and 2 remotely. * Ongoing internal training to support your continued development. * A close-knit, collaborative, and human environment where kindness and respect are part of everyday life.
