Description
We are seeking personnel for industrial packaging and conditioning tasks involving large and heavy goods within the logistics and maritime transport sectors. The main responsibilities include safe stowage and lashing of cargo inside containers, ensuring goods arrive at their destination in perfect condition. Specialized securing of oversized cargo is also performed, which may involve occasional work at port facilities.
A significant portion of the working day takes place in the workshop, where high-quality packaging solutions are fabricated—primarily wooden structures designed to protect industrial cargo. This position combines manual labor with technical knowledge of materials and securing methods. We require a detail-oriented and responsible individual capable of adapting both to the workshop environment and to port site assignments when necessary.
The objective is to ensure cargo integrity from preparation through to shipment, complying with safety regulations and project-specific requirements. This is a key role within the logistics chain, focused on delivering practical and safe solutions for transporting industrial goods.
A Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification and at least one year of experience in similar roles—such as assembly, industrial carpentry, or conditioning of large cargo—is required. Possession of a Front-End Forklift License (Carnet de Carretilla Frontal) is mandatory, along with training or hands-on experience operating overhead cranes.
