




##### **About Plinng:** Plinng is an **AI-native SaaS platform** that deploys an Agentic Workforce—autonomous AI agents—to end-to-end automate digital marketing for freelancers and SMEs: they build and optimize websites and landing pages, manage campaigns and ads, publish content on social media, manage Google Maps profiles, and handle reviews. ##### **Why join our team?** You’ll have the opportunity to build the operational foundation of a growing team, with the autonomy to propose, execute, and scale improvements that directly impact the company’s growth. ##### **Your responsibilities:** **Process optimization** * Design, document, and maintain processes—from lead generation and communication workflows to justificatory memo automations or production workflows for our production teams. * Translate business needs into efficient workflows within HubSpot, ClickUp, Intercom, or Ringover. * Standardize lead qualification criteria (MQL/SQL), assignment rules, and pipeline stages for Front teams. **Advanced HubSpot administration:** * Configure and maintain properties, pipelines, views, automations, and reports. * Manage integrations with external tools (marketing automation, e-signature, ERPs, telephony, etc.). * Monitor data quality and establish CRM governance best practices. **Reporting & insights:** * Build dashboards for various teams, focusing on efficiency, output, target achievement, and forecasting. * Analyze trends and performance of Front teams; propose data-driven improvements. * Support decision-making with ad hoc reporting models (costs, churn, production ratios, efficiency ratios, or others—both at aggregate level and per agent). **Stakeholder alignment:** * Serve as the liaison between Operations and Business teams—Sales, Customer Success, Production, Technology, or Data. * Participate in planning initiatives (OKRs, BP, etc.) to align priorities. * Gather feedback from “field” teams and translate it into operational improvements. **Training and support:** * Train teams on newly implemented features, processes, and improvements. * Document workflows and keep internal knowledge up to date (guides, SOPs, short videos). * Resolve questions and unblock daily operational issues related to business operations. ##### **Essential requirements:** * +5 years of experience in Operations or Revenue Operations at B2B SaaS companies. * +3 years of advanced HubSpot management (workflows, pipelines, reporting, integrations). * University degree in engineering or from top-tier business schools. * Strong expertise in data management, B2B sales processes, lead management, and customer lifecycle. * Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, macros, pivot tables, functions, etc.). * Outstanding ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ##### **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Basic SQL knowledge and experience with integration tools like Zapier or Make. * Basic Python knowledge. * HubSpot certifications (Sales Hub, CRM Admin, Reporting, etc.). * Experience with cloud telephony tools such as Ringover, Aircall, CloudTalk, or similar. * Experience with written communication tools such as Intercom or Zendesk. * Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, or similar. * English fluency (written and spoken). ##### **What we offer:** * Permanent contract with competitive salary and bonus tied to your team’s goal achievement. * Continuous training in HubSpot, Ops, and SaaS go-to-market. * Access to premium tools and events within the SaaS ecosystem. * Collaborative work culture focused on autonomy and results. * 23 paid vacation days + birthday leave. * Hybrid work model with 2 days of remote work per week. * Extended Friday working hours throughout the year. * Flexible August. * Team-building activities, celebrations, and off-site events. * Referral program. * Flexible compensation via Coverflex. * Employee discount portal. * Significant discount on our health insurance.
