Braun desires to incorporate a professional responsible for the role of Local Digital Process Development (DPD) Manager. #### **Position Purpose:** Lead the digitalization strategy of the PH plant in Rubí, ensuring the efficient implementation of digital solutions aligned with PH CoE standards and local operational needs. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to guarantee the robustness, security, and effectiveness of digital systems under responsibility. #### **Responsibilities:** * Design, adapt, and execute the plant's digitalization roadmap in coordination with technical areas (OT/IT, Engineering, Operations). * Lead and support the local DPD team to achieve objectives defined by management. * Ensure digital applications meet their intended purpose, stakeholder expectations, and legal, security, and data protection requirements. * Guarantee proper documentation of applications in quality systems and maintain it up to date. * Supervise the application lifecycle, including licenses, updates, improvements, and communication of changes to stakeholders. * Ensure appropriate licensing for applications under responsibility. * Configure digital systems to meet requirements for confidentiality, integrity, and availability of classified information. * Provide user lifecycle services, including continuous training for users and relevant stakeholders. * Ensure the robustness of digital systems at all levels under responsibility. * Ensure compliance with established service operation processes. * Keep relevant users trained in the use of systems and applications. * Ensure personal safety and the safety of others affected by professional activities. * Comply with occupational health and environmental safety regulations, collaborating in their integration into daily work routines and continuous improvement. * Report any anomalies or deficiencies that may affect health, safety, or the environment. #### **Requirements:** * Advanced technical education in Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or similar. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in industrial or pharmaceutical environments. * Proven experience in managing industrial digitalization projects. * In-depth knowledge of OT/IT environments, quality systems, and data protection regulations. * Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. * Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage priorities in complex environments.
