Summary Job ID: ES\_HQ00343 Location: 08174 Sant Cugat del Vallès Professional Area: Logistics Responsibility Level: Professional Working Hours: Full-time Responsibilities **Job Mission:** Optimize the national inbound product supply chain through logistics providers (Inbound), appointment availability at distribution centers, and continuous improvement of operational processes to minimize incidents. **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure goods receipt processes at ALDI logistics platforms by reviewing requests and changes to deliveries via our internal logistics appointment booking tool. * Assign appointments for various logistics providers and monitor compliance with those appointments. * Identify and report daily incidents related to deliveries between suppliers and logistics centers, ensuring rapid and effective resolution. * Monitor compliance by suppliers and carriers with defined KPIs regarding use of the internal tool. * Support interactions with logistics service providers, regional companies, and other Supply Chain departments to ensure coordinated and efficient operations. * Report results and incidents related to goods receipt processes to relevant stakeholders. * Review supplier billing for the tool, ensuring it corresponds to actual usage. * Collect, identify, and propose potential improvements to the internal tool’s configuration, acting as the main contact point with the tool provider. Requirements * Higher education in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related fields. * Minimum two years’ prior experience in operational logistics, supplier coordination, or inbound flows. * Experience in resource planning, schedule optimization, and/or incident resolution in dynamic environments. * Exposure to goods receipt processes or collaboration with carriers. * Minimum English level B2\. * Advanced Excel skills. * Analytical ability and autonomy.
