Yes, our 7500 colleagues know why they choose **H.Essers.** We hope you’ll soon understand why too! **WHAT YOU WILL DO** * Open and manage shipments. * Receive customer loading orders for assigned countries. * Manage and coordinate customer shipments from pickup to final delivery, ensuring on-time material arrival, optimizing costs, and minimizing delivery time. * Manage contacts and carry out commercial/operational tasks with correspondents. * Arrange transportation means and communicate with transport companies. * Close shipments (accurate forecasting of costs and sales). * Receive documentation from customers, freight forwarders, direct customers, and correspondents in destination countries. * Prepare transport documentation. * Promote or facilitate potential visits to customer companies. * Meet individual KPIs and metrics. * Follow standard protocols. * Report incidents. **WHAT YOU BRING** * Specific technical training in international road transport. University degree in Logistics and/or International Trade. * Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in land-based import/export operations. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel).
