Braun is looking to **hire a Procurement Trainee** to support the Central General Purchasing team, gaining first-hand experience of how procurement operates within an international healthcare company. Responsibilities: * Support order management and tracking. * Collaborate on the search for and analysis of new suppliers, materials, and services. * Assist in price, delivery term, and basic condition negotiations. * Review and update product and supplier data in internal systems. * Support resolution of issues related to orders, deliveries, or invoicing. * Contribute to data analysis and preparation of procurement reports. * Assist with administrative tasks in the department (filing, documentation, updates, etc.). * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives linked to procurement processes. * Collaborate with **internal engineering teams and architecture teams** to understand technical requirements, specific materials, and project needs. * Participate in documentation and analytical management related to **civil engineering projects, architecture, installations, and maintenance**. Facilitate communication between technical teams and suppliers. Requirements: * Students pursuing degrees in **Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture**, or equivalent fields. * Applications from students holding **Vocational Training Certificates (CFGM or CFGS)** will also be considered, including: + *Mechatronics* + *Interior Construction, Decoration, and Rehabilitation* + Programs related to civil engineering, installations, or technical maintenance + Administration and Finance * International trade * Interest in procurement, the industrial/healthcare sector, and technical environments, civil engineering, architecture, or engineering. * Proficiency in Excel and digital tools. * **Curiosity, autonomy, analytical ability, and eagerness to learn.** High level of English.
