With over 15 years in the sector, we continue working with the same passion for supporting our customers in their professional activities and guaranteeing satisfaction of their needs with maximum confidence. **Who Are We Looking For?** We seek an administrative assistant to join our Technical Assistance Service (TAS) team and contribute to the organization and coordination of the department. **What Is the Mission?** To provide organizational and administrative support to the Technical Service, ensuring efficient coordination of interventions, proper spare parts management, and smooth communication with customers. **Requirements:** * Education in Administration, Commerce, or related field. * Prior experience in an administrative role (experience in a technical or TAS environment is advantageous). * Experience in spare parts management or logistics (highly desirable). * Proficiency with computer tools (ERP, Excel, email). * Organized, solution-oriented individual capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. **Responsibilities** The main responsibilities will be: * Coordination and planning of technical interventions (installations, maintenance, and repairs). * Management of service alerts and assignment of tasks to technicians. * Tracking of work orders and incidents. * Order management and inventory control of spare parts. * Monitoring of orders placed with suppliers and manufacturers. * Customer service and handling of inquiries related to the technical service. * Support in preparing quotations and document management. * Updating databases and providing general administrative support to the department. **What Do We Offer?** * Stable incorporation in an established company. * Positive work environment. * Initial training on our products and processes. * Opportunity for professional development within the organization. * Salary commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. **We Look Forward to Meeting You!** Position Type: Full-time Salary: €21,000.00\-€24,000.00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
