We are currently seeking a talented Draftsperson-Design Engineer to join our team. **Responsibilities** ---------- **What will you do at Airplan?** As a **Draftsperson-Design Engineer**, you will join our **Process Technology** team, where your mission will be to design and develop efficient mechanical solutions for process equipment. Your main responsibilities will include: * Creating innovative concepts and 3D designs of process equipment and systems. * Preparing 2D technical drawings, complying with international standards such as **GMP and FDA**. * Optimizing designs to facilitate manufacturing, considering processes such as machining and sheet metal fabrication. * Preparing the necessary technical documentation for equipment assembly and manufacturing. * Managing bill of materials and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery. * Updating designs according to agreed modifications during the manufacturing process. **Requirements** -------------- **What we seek in you:** **Experience**: * External: 3–4 years as a Mechanical Designer in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or process industries. **Education**: * Higher Technical Degree in Mechanical Manufacturing Design / Mechanical Design or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design Engineering and Product Development or Mechanical Engineering. **Technical Knowledge**: * Proficiency in **SolidEdge is mandatory**, and working knowledge of **Office 365**. * Ability to interpret **P&IDs**. **Languages**: Catalan, Spanish, and English (B2 level). **Key Competencies for this Position**: * Analytical and spatial ability. * Teamwork and proactivity. * Attention to detail and planning skills. * Autonomy and problem-solving capability. **Others**: Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are mandatory. **Benefits** -------------- **What we offer you:** * A stimulating work environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement. * Continuous training and professional development opportunities on cutting-edge projects. * The chance to become part of a team committed to excellence in quality and after-sales service. **Commitment to Diversity and Equal Opportunity** **At AIRPLAN, S.A., we value diversity and promote an inclusive environment where all employees have equal opportunities to grow and develop.
