Job Summary: We are seeking Geriatric Care Assistants or Nursing Assistants to provide high-quality care to elderly individuals in a professional and humane environment. Key Highlights: 1. At our residential center in Vilanova i la Geltrú, we are looking to hire two **Geriatric Care Assistants or Nursing Assistants** to care for elderly residents, delivering high-quality care within a professional and humane setting. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assisting residents with activities of daily living (personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, etc.). * Collaborating in monitoring residents’ health and well-being. * Supporting medication administration according to healthcare staff instructions. * Accompanying and providing cognitive stimulation to residents. * Working collaboratively with center staff to ensure a safe and comfortable environment. **Requirements:** * Training in Nursing Assistance, Geriatric Care Assistance, or equivalent. * Experience in the geriatric sector is valued but not mandatory. * Empathetic and patient attitude, with genuine willingness to help elderly people. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under supervision. **We Offer:** * Permanent contract * 12-hour weekly schedule alternating between long and short weeks, adapted to the center’s needs. \-Long week: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday\-Short week: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday * A positive work environment with a professional and committed team. * Ongoing training and professional development.
