Reporting to the department head, we are seeking a Sales Assistant for our SABADELL (BARCELONA) store. Your main responsibilities would include: * Implementing the company's commercial policy. * Optimizing merchandising and commercial activities. * Monitoring stock quantity and quality in stores to achieve the sales targets defined by the company. * Achieving the store’s budget and objectives. * Leading, motivating, training, and informing the sales team. * Ensuring excellent customer service. Fixed \+ variable remuneration (based on achievement of collective and individual objectives) Possibility of flexible remuneration. **Requirements:** --------------- * Appropriate education to perform the duties of the position \- Minimum one year of experience as Coordinator \- Assistant in hypermarket bazaar departments or specialized distribution in furniture, bedding, or similar retail stores. * Customer-oriented, results-driven individual with a strong leadership style. * High capacity for teamwork, consistency between words and actions, exemplary conduct, genuine motivation to demonstrate competence and pursue professional growth. * Full-time availability from Monday to Saturday, plus Sundays/holidays authorized by the autonomous community, respecting the weekly rest period established in the large retail surface area collective agreement.
