As part of the store’s Prepared Dishes team, your mission will be to prepare food for the market offer, and your responsibilities will include: * Attending to customer demands and supervising incidents or complaints, ensuring excellent customer welcome and service. * Assisting the chef in preparing dishes, including preparing the necessary food items and ingredients. * Monitoring the storage conditions of raw materials (appearance, expiration dates, and temperature) and ensuring the kitchen operates properly. * Preparing dishes for display on the counter. * Keeping the work area clean and handling products according to current hygiene and sanitation standards. Desired skills and knowledge: We’d love to meet you if you’re passionate about retail, food, and people, and if you have: - At least 6 months of prior experience in restaurants, industrial kitchens, collective dining facilities, etc. - Compulsory Secondary Education - Food Handling Certificate and Food Safety Certification.
