Machinery manufacturer located in the Vallès Occidental is seeking an Automation Engineer. Responsibilities: * Prepare offline programs based on a programming standard. * Prepare software and commission machinery. * PLC and SCADA/HMI programming. * Commission machinery at the client's premises. * Collaborate with the project execution department by providing remote or on-site support during commissioning at the client's site. Desired Skills and Knowledge: - Degree in Industrial Electronics Engineering and/or Automation Engineering and/or equivalent higher education qualification. - Minimum of four years’ experience in commissioning industrial machinery. - Native proficiency in Catalan and Spanish, and English at B1 level. - Proven experience in PLC and HMI programming on the following platforms: Sysmac Studio, Studio5000/RSLogix5000, FactoryTalk View SE/ME, and TIA Portal. - Additional training in automation, motion control, integrated PLC safety, machine vision, and robotics will be valued. - We seek professionals who are team-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven, with customer orientation and the ability to work under pressure.
