WE NEED TO HIRE AN OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST FOR A SENIOR RESIDENCE IN BARCELONA We offer: • Temporary contract of 6 months, pending the awarding of the tender. • Start date: immediate • Salary: 1,000 €/gross monthly x 12 payments. • Flexible working hours. Let us know and we will try to adapt it to your needs Your responsibilities: • Carry out occupational therapy interventions, such as training, maintenance, and development of basic and instrumental activities of daily living. • Rehabilitation and habilitation of service users, recovery and/or maintenance of their abilities to interact with their environment or perform occupational activities, as well as adaptation and training in the use of orthoses, prostheses, and assistive devices. • Participate in leisure and free time activities for the residents of the center. • Collaborate with the rest of the multidisciplinary team in the assessment and monitoring of the recovery or care process of the residents. • Contribute expertise to training and informational programs for residents' families conducted within the institution. • Prepare patient assessment, follow-up, and discharge reports. * Experience: 6 months. Experience in residential sector is valued. * Competencies / knowledge: It is essential to hold a degree in OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY (no other qualification) and either an officially recognized title or one currently in the recognition process, which must be demonstrable.
