Daily inbound and outbound goods activities are coordinated, ensuring adherence to plans, quality, and safety standards. The supervisor leads the shift team, resolves incidents, and monitors productivity and quality KPIs. Key responsibilities include allocating resources according to operational needs, implementing corrective actions in response to deviations, and promoting continuous improvement. It is essential to serve as a point of reference for rapidly resolving issues and minimizing supply chain impact. Additionally, compliance with safety procedures and standard operating practices is promoted, along with identifying opportunities for optimization. Decision-making capability under pressure, effective communication, and interpersonal skills are required. A minimum of 3 years of prior experience in leadership roles within logistics or operational environments is required. Experience working in shifts and under pressure is mandatory. Formal education in logistics, transportation, or related fields is preferred. Key competencies include practical, results-oriented leadership; real-time decision-making ability; resilience; high stress tolerance; communication and team management skills; and an analytical mindset for problem solving. Prior experience in inbound and outbound operations, knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), and experience in high-volume or automated environments are highly valued.
