Managing food intolerances and allergens. Food storage. Maintaining order and cleanliness in storerooms, refrigerated chambers, and freezers. We seek a proactive, initiative-driven individual with a positive attitude. Professional trained at Hospitality Schools and Culinary Arts programs. Knowledge of food handling involving allergens; adherence to good handling practices and HACCP principles; familiarity with à la carte restaurants.
