**Validation Technician** Within the Product and Process Technology (PPT) area, the validation technician will be responsible for implementing all validation projects related to the solid dosage forms area (capsules and tablets) and participating in process and/or product transfers as well as continuous process improvement. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Ensure that all equipment and processes directly related to the solid dosage forms area under their responsibility are properly validated and re-validated. * Participate in and carry out annual reviews of FMEAs, Control Strategy, and CPVs. * Design and review the Validation Master Plan for the solid dosage forms area (VMP) and monitor its compliance. * Ensure that validation strategies comply with established validation policies, BI internal policies, and applicable GMPs for equipment or processes in the solid dosage forms area. * Participate as a validation technician in internal and external audits related to validation/revalidation of solid dosage form processes and provide support to the rest of the team as necessary. * Collaborate with the Quality department in investigations and ensure the effectiveness of CAPAs. **Profile & Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or Engineering. * Knowledge of process transfer and process validation, cleaning validation, and packaging related to the manufacturing of oral solid dosage forms (capsules and tablets). * Experience with quality systems and manufacturing processes in FDA-regulated environments. * Knowledge of statistics. * Spanish and English (Fluent/Advanced). * Strong knowledge and experience with GMPs. * Ability to pragmatically drive projects in a continuously changing environment. * Ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders across any project. * Capacity to identify change opportunities and initiative to turn opportunities into improvements. * Responsibility for achieving results through prioritization and implementation of actions (pragmatic, proactive, and with a Smart Risk approach when solving problems). * Strong communication skills, influence, empathy, teamwork, and adaptability. \#IamBoehringerIngelheim because… With us, you can grow, collaborate, innovate, and improve lives.
