




We are looking for a Quality and Environmental Technician to join our team at a food industry company. The selected candidate will participate in ensuring the quality of products, processes, and facilities, as well as in compliance with environmental regulations, supporting the department in all its daily functions. Management and follow-up of NCRs, AAMM, and HACCP. Labeling review and compliance with food regulations. Handling and resolution of customer complaints. Supervision of cleaning and chemical product control. Maintenance of BRC, IFS, ISO 14001, Halal, BIO standards and liaison with certification bodies. Ensuring raw material, product, and supplier quality. Equipment calibration (metal detectors, scales, pH meters, etc.). Waste management, environmental indicators, and water/legionella plans. Preparation and archiving of factory records. Support to the Quality Manager in the management system and performance indicators. Coordination with service providers and incident control. * Experience: 1 year. Training in Food Science and Technology, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology or similar. Valuable experience in quality within the food industry. Knowledge of HACCP, BRC/IFS, food and environmental legislation. Proficiency in computer tools.
