




Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Quality Engineer for the automotive sector, responsible for ensuring high quality standards, managing projects, applying APQP methodologies, and communicating with international customers. International communication and negotiation with customers We are looking for a person to join our quality team, with a direct focus on the automotive sector. Your primary mission will be to ensure that all our production processes meet the highest standards, comprehensively managing the quality of mass-produced products and handling potential customer complaints in accordance with our internal procedures. Your responsibilities will also include supervision and coordination of new projects, ensuring quality from the earliest launch stages. You will manage the APQP methodology for assigned products, maintaining smooth and direct communication with customers in other countries. This will involve conducting regular visits to monitor implementation of corrective actions and negotiate Action Plans. Additionally, you will prepare and update technical documentation related to quality, actively participating in FMEA development and creation of Control Plans and Inspection Guidelines. You will provide direct support to production lines, closely monitoring operations and seeking solutions for any technical issues arising across various production processes. We particularly value initiative, empathetic negotiation skills, ingenious problem-solving abilities, and high flexibility to adapt to diverse situations. International travel availability is required, as is a strong commitment to continuous improvement and quality excellence. Minimum qualification: Technical Engineering, Higher Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 2 years’ proven experience as a Customer Quality Engineer in the automotive sector. Proficiency in quality systems and audits (IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3). Essential knowledge of Core Tools such as 8D, APQP, PPAP, FMEA (AMFE), and Control Plan. High level of English (minimum B2) for technical communication and negotiation. International travel availability is mandatory. German language proficiency at B2 level will be considered an advantage.
