If you are a highly **coordinated**, results-oriented individual, we want to meet you! ### **Your mission:** You will be the person **responsible for the Mobility application**, ensuring its maximum value and operational optimization, leading the digitalization of OCA Global’s inspection operations. * **Product Strategy and Vision:** Define and communicate the strategic vision for the "Mobility" product, aligning it with business objectives and the digitalization roadmap. Act as the voice of the business to the development team. * **Development and Backlog Management:** Create, maintain, and prioritize the *Product Backlog*, defining clear User Stories with detailed acceptance criteria. * **Coordination and *Stakeholders*:** Serve as the single point of contact for development requests with both the **external vendor** and the internal team. * **Monitoring:** Collect continuous feedback from field users and monitor KPIs related to usage and impact on operational efficiency. ### **What we’d like to see in your profile:** We seek a professional with a solid technical background and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, capable of leading digital transformation initiatives and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. * **Education:** University degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * **Required Experience:** Minimum 2 years in a similar position, participating in IT or digitalization projects. * **Desirable Knowledge:** Experience with field applications (*Field Service Management*) and system integrations (e.g., with Salesforce). * **Methodologies:** Familiarity with agile methodologies and basic project management concepts (PMP, Scrum). ### **Why join our project?** Because you’ll become part of an expanding international company where technology is a key lever for continuous improvement.
