Join our team and build a more sustainable future! Where? In our Maintenance Management and Analysis Directorate, located at our headquarters in Madrid. Why? In this role, you will execute and optimize centralized maintenance management processes, ensuring proper planning, execution, and traceability, as well as technical data quality and consistency according to Enagás’ Maintenance Management Model. You will drive the digital transformation of these processes, providing functional support to the maintenance management system (SAP PM), guaranteeing homogeneity, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across facilities. Key responsibilities: * Master data management for asset inventory: analysis of asset and location data quality and loading into SGM. * Active participation in maintenance range reviews: technical review, scope definition, validations, planning of range requests impacting scheduling, and providing technical responses to infrastructure requirements. * Centralized maintenance planning: updating and tracing the evolution of planning master data for facility types; creation, updating, and scheduling of maintenance plans in SGM (preventive, legal, PC, inspections, pressure equipment, verifications, combustion, fiber optics, special ranges, etc.), transferring planning criteria to infrastructure personnel; alignment and standardization of plans across infrastructures; optimization of planning with impact on infrastructure operational efficiency. * Management and maintenance of maintenance contracts for assets. * Operational and functional support to infrastructures. * Participation in digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. * Review and update of SGM and Operations & Maintenance Portal training courses. What are we looking for? * Required education: Chemical, Industrial or Energy Engineering. * Proficiency in digital tools: Office 365, SAP MM, Power BI (advanced). * Desirable experience in maintenance management operations within industrial facilities. * Intermediate-to-advanced English.
