The office is located in **Madrid (Las Rozas).** **What will be your main objectives as a Tax Support Agent?** You will be responsible for delivering exceptional support service to our clients in the Tax area. This role is critical to ensuring our users can navigate and efficiently utilize our suite of tax software, and to maintaining the excellence and reliability of our software. As a Tax Customer Care Support Agent, you will: * **Customer Service:** Provide direct assistance to clients with inquiries or issues related to our suite of tax software. * **Advisor Support:** Serve as the primary contact point to resolve questions from tax advisors and ensure the effectiveness of their services. * **Incident Reporting:** Collect information on software issues to continuously improve our tax programs from a technical perspective. * **Accounting Support:** Assist in accurately posting accounting entries while complying with current regulations. * **Billing and Collections Management:** Support billing and collections processes, ensuring an efficient payment flow. **About You** -------------------- * Vocational training in Administration and Finance, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or related fields. * Experience in Tax Advisory Firms: Prior experience in tax advisory or consulting firms is highly valued. * Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be in constant contact with users. * Proficiency in Excel is mandatory. * Beyond professional skills, we seek talented professionals eager to demonstrate and explore their potential by opening new opportunities with us.
