Type of contract: PERMANENT Schedule: 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM\- 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM; Friday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM Essential requirements: PERSON WITH DISABILITY and basic knowledge of water and electrical installations in domestic environments. Availability to perform repairs at the product installation site, in residential, commercial or industrial settings. Receiving products for repair. Assessing incidents and providing appropriate solutions. Repairing and/or refurbishing products. Managing warranty materials. Preparing documentation and materials required to claim repaired warranty items from suppliers. Providing telephone support to external SAT technicians. Handling phone inquiries and resolving issues appropriately. Managing spare parts warehouse inventory. Organizing and restocking materials. Preparing replacement materials for external repair technicians. Testing new products under the instruction and supervision of the area manager. * Skills / knowledge: Technical training and ability to acquire knowledge about product operation. Valued: Experience in the technical SAT sector repairing household appliances, air conditioning systems or similar, as well as knowledge of residential water treatment equipment (water softeners and reverse osmosis). Customer-oriented attitude when dealing with end consumers in residential environments. Organizational, teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
