Responsibilities * Develop and lead the 2LoD function and team responsible for supervising and controlling Group-wide Data Governance and Quality. * Maintain a cross-functional view of how the First Line of Defense (1LoD) organizes and manages data and its quality, conduct ongoing supervision, and identify areas for improvement. Apply this throughout all phases of the data lifecycle, from acquisition or generation, preparation, aggregation, usage, or *reporting*, and also assess how data management is integrated into relevant technology projects. * Issue Opinion Reports to Governing Bodies on the status and evolution of Data Governance and Quality within the Group, as well as on the level of compliance with BCBS239 (RDA/RR) regulations regarding governance and quality of data used in *reporting* and risk-related decision-making. * Coordinate and guide the Second Line of Defense teams at subsidiaries, whose supervisory, control, and advisory functions are equivalent in proportion and applied at the respective subsidiary level. **What do we value in your application?** ------------------------------------- * Minimum of 5 years of experience in using, controlling, and analyzing large volumes of data for calculations and *reporting*. * Strategic vision, analytical, synthesis, and interpersonal skills to interact with various departments within the bank. * Preferably advanced studies (Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or similar). * Conversational and meeting-management level of English (B2\). Experience working on functions or projects with professionals from other countries or subsidiaries is valued. * Internal knowledge of several bank units, their operations, and, from a functional standpoint, their data management and usage processes. * Knowledge in the use of data management or analysis tools, experience in financial analysis, internal and regulatory *reporting*, consulting, or financial auditing is valued.
