We seek a proactive, results-oriented individual who brings rigor, commitment, and continuous improvement to customer management. **Let’s talk about the project...** ---------------------------- MISSION Ensure the proper execution and monitoring of key components of the Continuous Due Diligence (CDD) management model, collaborating in plan definition and execution, commercial action planning, interdepartmental coordination, and reporting to Management. The role will actively contribute to driving continuous improvement of the model, customer data quality, governance structure, and alignment with business objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES * Support volume analysis and development of the business dashboard, ensuring the quality, consistency, and availability of relevant information for decision-making. * Manage business data requests and demands, coordinating collection, validation, and delivery of requested information to various internal departments. * Participate in defining and monitoring the CDD model plans, ensuring plans integrate commercial priorities with regulatory requirements under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Act. * Support development of the standard model by identifying areas for improvement and proposing optimizations. * Collaborate in cross-departmental coordination, engaging with CDD stakeholders: Commercial Network, Regulatory Compliance, Centralized Operations, Legal Advisory, Customer Experience, Marketing, etc. * Participate in governance activities, preparing documentation for follow-up meetings, working forums, and presentations to Management (SteerCos), and ensuring coordination among all involved teams. **What do we value in your application?** ------------------------------------- **Education** * Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Higher Education qualification. **Experience** * +2 years in a similar role or in consulting. **Technical Knowledge and Competencies** * Basic financial knowledge. * Process analysis and continuous improvement. * Business strategy and models. * Data analysis (relational DBs and Business Intelligence). * Knowledge of digital transformation. **Additional Information** ------------------------- *Banco Sabadell is committed to fostering work environments where individuals are treated with respect and dignity, promoting the professional development of its workforce and ensuring equal opportunities in recruitment, training, and career advancement.
