Job Posting Location: Rubí, Barcelona, Spain Functional Area: Production Working Model: Onsite Requisition ID: 5307 We are seeking to hire an ORS Line Technician for the Morning Shift with experience in industrial ethylene oxide sterilization processes for the Maintenance Department at B. Braun Surgical, S.A. at its Rubí site. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to Production and Maintenance departments in sterilization processes * Ensure proper operation of production processes * Develop training manuals, technical sheets, and TPM forms as needed * Deliver and document required training for Production and Maintenance personnel * Participate in improvement groups and follow-up meetings * Propose improvements to production equipment related to machine cycles, performance, quality, and safety * Execute assigned preventive, corrective, and improvement actions, including follow-up * Collaborate with other departments when assigned: Engineering, Validation, Quality, etc. * Analyze root causes of incidents and/or complaints assigned **Requirements:** * Minimum experience: 5 years; pharmaceutical environment experience will be valued * Minimum qualifications: * Intermediate or Advanced Degree in: Electricity and Electronics; Mechanical Manufacturing; and/or Production Maintenance and Services * Specific training in ATEX installations: * Characteristics of Ethylene Oxide * Explosive Atmospheres * Classification of Areas with Explosion Risk * Risk Management * Operator Risk Prevention * Ethylene Oxide Sterilization Cycles: Phases and Explosivity Triangle * Key parameters of the sterilization process * Gas Removal Systems * Safety Systems: Alarm systems, monitoring of ambient ethylene oxide levels, personnel protection * Spoken English * Knowledge of ISO, FDA, OHSAS, and Occupational Health and Safety regulations * Proficiency in office software (word processor, spreadsheet, database, etc.) If you believe your experience and professional interests align with this opportunity, do not hesitate to apply!
