As a Service Technician, you will be entrusted with tasks essential to the smooth operation of our industrial systems and equipment. Your role will be critical in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our operations. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Performing preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and upgrades on overhead cranes, hoists, and general lifting equipment as requested by the customer. * Accurately and efficiently diagnosing and resolving equipment failures. * Providing expert advice to customers regarding repairs and upgrades. * Acting as a direct liaison with customers, our office department, and engineering teams to ensure seamless operations. * Identifying and generating sales opportunities during service visits. * Meticulously completing all required documentation. This position demands a high level of technical competence and strong problem-solving ability.
