What are we looking for? Social Educator SSLL Description: 1\. Prepare and carry out service admission and discharge procedures. 2\. Jointly develop and monitor the individual work plan with the woman. 3\. Accompany the woman and her children to various community network resources, when deemed necessary. 4\. Establish and coordinate contacts with relevant community network resources. 5\. Maintain monthly contact with the territorial reference person from the woman’s place of origin to report on the family unit’s recovery process. 6\. Refer cases and establish periodic coordination with the specialized integrated network. 7\. Provide support for cohabitation, applying socio-educational criteria centered on non-violence. 8\. Prepare and facilitate training workshops or leisure activities specific to the service. 9\. Coordinate with other professionals in the service team. 10\. Ensure confidentiality of the service and safety of resident families.
