If you have functional experience in **life insurance**, technological vision, and are motivated to work on complex, high-impact projects, we want to meet you. ### **Responsibilities (Technical-Functional)** * Analyze and document **functional and technical-functional requirements** for core **Life Insurance** processes: **for example: policy issuance**, **quotation/pricing**, **underwriting**, **premium collection/billing**, **policy modifications**, **surrenders**, **maturities**, **sum assured**, **beneficiaries**, **life claims management**, and **payments**. * Translate business needs into **detailed functional specifications** (user stories, business rules, acceptance criteria, use cases). * Define typical **calculation rules** and validations for Life Insurance (sum assured, premiums, payment frequency, surcharges, waiting periods, exclusions, beneficiaries, etc.) and ensure their traceability across systems. * Participate in the analysis of **end-to-end flows** impacting back-office and core systems: policy issuance/administration, transactions, technical accounting, reconciliations, reporting. * Work on **integration scenarios** between **Host** and **Open Environments**: + analysis of **interfaces** and **services/APIs**, + definition of contracts (inputs/outputs), mappings, and transformations, + coordination of inter-system dependencies. * Collaborate with technical teams (development/QA/architecture) on: + impact analysis, + incident resolution (including production), + change and evolution management. * Prepare and execute **functional testing**, **integration testing**, and support for **UAT**, including design of **test cases**, test data, and result validation. * Ensure **traceability** across requirement, design, development, testing, and deployment (and version control of documentation). What We’re Looking For in You * Prior experience in functional analysis and development. * Knowledge of the insurance sector (life insurance). * Ability to lead teams and coordinate projects. * Experience in multi-country or offshore environments is a plus. * Customer orientation, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills.
