**MISSION** Design, lead and execute the company’s Marketing and Communications strategy to drive business growth (existing and new lines), strengthen brand positioning nationally and internationally, and generate qualified demand—ensuring message consistency, executional excellence, and full alignment with Commercial Management. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Define the annual and mid-term Marketing and Communications strategy** (brand, product/solution, markets, channels, segmentation, value proposition and go-to-market), in coordination with General Management and Commercial Management. * **Develop and deploy B2B demand generation plans** (lead generation and nurturing), integrating online and offline actions, focused on real sales opportunities (quality > quantity). * **Lead digital and performance marketing** oriented toward conversion: SEO, SEM/PPC, paid social, display/retargeting, email marketing/automation, web/CRO and analytics. * **Manage and evolve brand presence and content**: corporate communications, storytelling, key messages, editorial calendar, social media (organic and paid), technical and commercial content (catalogues, datasheets, case studies, videos, presentations, press releases, etc.). * **Ensure brand consistency** across all external touchpoints (website, trade fairs, campaigns, distributors, partners, commercial documentation, etc.). * **Measure, analyze and optimize** campaign performance: KPI definition, attribution, executive reporting, insights and continuous improvement. * **Drive modernization of the martech ecosystem** (tools and processes): CRM in coordination with Sales, automation, dashboards, tracking, data best practices and campaign governance. * **Plan and coordinate trade fairs, events and trade activities** (including activations with commercial/distribution network), ensuring objectives, materials, schedule and ROI. * **Manage budget and resources** for the department (internal and agencies): planning, control, prioritization by ROI/impact, media and vendor negotiations. * **Coordinate agencies and collaborators** (creative, media, PR, digital, content production), ensuring quality, timelines and results. * **Market and competitive analysis**: monitoring of positioning, benchmarking, trends and opportunities (new segments, channels, alliances). * **Corporate external communications**: implementation of the communications and reputation plan, including crisis management if applicable (with messages and protocols). **REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field. * Desirable: postgraduate qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing Management, Brand/Communications or Business. **Experience** * 5+ years in marketing leadership roles (preferably B2B), ideally within the **industrial sector**, manufacturing, technical products, distribution channels or consultative sales environments. * Proven experience in **launching products/services or new business lines** (go-to-market). * Experience coordinating teams and vendors/agencies, and working closely with **Commercial Management**. **Key Knowledge / Hard Skills** * Results-driven digital marketing: SEO/SEM, paid media, analytics, CRO. * **Brand strategy and positioning** (value proposition, messaging, segmentation, buyer persona). * **Martech and data**: CRM, preferably Salesforce, automation, dashboards, funnel metrics (MQL/SQL, CAC, LTV where applicable). * AI applied to marketing (practical use): research, content creation, campaign optimization, automation, reporting (with judgment and quality control). * High-level written and visual communication; ability to prepare executive presentations. * Languages: **advanced English** (C1 or equivalent) recommended. **Competencies** * Business and results orientation, strategic thinking and execution focus. * Leadership and cross-functional coordination capability (Sales, Product, Management, Distribution). * Autonomy, organization and analytical mindset. **Workplace Location** Alcover (Tarragona)
