As a Receptionist, you will ensure warm, efficient, and professional service to residents, visitors, and suppliers, guaranteeing smooth reception operations and adherence to the residence’s quality and coexistence standards. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Greet, assist, and guide residents, visitors, and suppliers courteously and effectively. * Manage student check-in and check-out. * Answer phone calls and emails, and promptly resolve inquiries or incidents. * Monitor residence access and ensure security and compliance with regulations. * Coordinate package deliveries and pickups. * Support the organization of internal activities and events. * Control and manage keys, access cards, and other security items. * Update databases and maintain basic administrative records. * Report technical or maintenance issues to the relevant department. * Assist with administrative tasks related to residents’ stays. **What are we looking for?** * Prior customer service experience, preferably in similar environments (hotels, residences, educational institutions). * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency; additional languages are valued. * Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, reservation management tools, etc.). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * A proactive, organized, and solution-oriented attitude. * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and/or night), including weekends. **What do we offer?** * Competitive salary. * Opportunities for professional development and growth within an expanding company. * Discounts on our accommodations, restaurants, and events.
