Job Summary: Laserboost is seeking a Laser Cutting Specialist with specific experience in Trumpf technology and knowledge of the Boost software for production at a laser cutting center. Operation, programming, and basic maintenance of Trumpf machinery Laserboost (Manresa), an online industrial platform for laser cutting and bending, seeks to hire a Laser Cutting Specialist for the afternoon or split shift. We are looking for a technical operator with specific experience in Trumpf technology and familiarity with the Boost programming software. The selected candidate will be co\-responsible for production at the laser cutting center, performing the following tasks: Operation and Setup: Configuration, parameter loading, raw material handling, and supervision of Trumpf-brand laser cutting machinery. Technical Programming: Programming of parts and nesting using the Trumpf Boost software (cutting module). Bending (Highly desirable): Programming of bending machines using the Trumpf Boost bending module and basic operation of the bending machine according to drawings. Basic Maintenance: Preventive control of consumables and machine optics. * Experience: 1 year. Demonstrable prior experience (minimum 1 year) operating laser cutting machinery is required, preferably specifically with Trumpf technology. Key experience requirements include: Software Knowledge: Practical experience using the Trumpf Boost software (cutting module). Candidates with additional experience programming bending machines within the same environment (bending module) will be highly valued. Technical Interpretation: Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and sheet metal developments. Material Knowledge: Experience adjusting cutting parameters for different thicknesses and materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass). Autonomy: Experience in machine setup, nozzle changes, laser beam centering, and basic preventive optical maintenance. * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Catalan (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Competencies / Knowledge: Autonomy: Experience in machine setup, nozzle changes, laser beam centering, and basic preventive optical maintenance.
