We’ve built the world’s largest Spanish-speaking community in disruptive technologies: AI, crypto, trading, and coding — with over 1,000,000 students across nearly 40 countries. And we’re still growing. Our mission is to empower people through transformative learning experiences that enable them to understand and harness exponential-era technologies. To continue communicating with impact, we need someone to support the coordination of our digital channels and help ensure every message arrives clearly and coherently. Someone eager to learn, detail-oriented, and energized by working in a non-stop environment. #### **What would your role be?** You’ll support the Communications and Brand team in coordinating and executing Learning Heroes’ daily digital operations: content calendars, post tracking, copy reviews, channel management, and basic performance analysis. You’ll report to the Head of Communications and collaborate closely with the Brand and Growth teams. We’re not looking for someone who already knows everything. We’re looking for someone curious, discerning, and eager to grow rapidly. A 10-year CV isn’t required. But these four things are essential: * **Strong communication instinct:** You write well, express yourself clearly, and possess sensitivity to detect when something sounds off or misaligned with the brand. * **Organization and follow-through:** You’re the kind of person who sees things through to completion. You manage deadlines, keep order in complex, multi-component projects, and don’t require chasing to know the status of a task. * **Proficiency with basic digital tools:** You navigate social media platforms, Google Workspace, and project management tools like Notion or Trello with ease. Familiarity with Metricool, HubSpot, or any CMS is a strong plus. * **Mindset of continuous learning:** You operate in "I want to learn" mode—not "I already know it all."
