If you're looking for your next challenge, this is your opportunity: * Management of all necessary resources to ensure the complete test process and to provide a proposed test timeline. * Preparation of the test object (DUT – device under test). Management of test specimens. Inventory control, sample tracking, sample availability, and shipment management. * Initial DUT inspection: visual validation, electrical and mechanical parameter testing, SW-check and update. * Leak testing using specialized equipment (leak meter). * Isolation testing using specialized equipment. * Assembly of DUTs on the test bench according to the test procedure. * Instrumentation of sensors and measuring equipment. * Test automation and programming: configuring test bench software control based on test cases; setting up test bench automation, test programming, and data recording. * Monitoring of test execution and comparison of monitored parameters. * Identification of parameter changes during operation mode. * Test documentation and reporting: data recording control; data verification; report generation and validation. * Data management, delivery of results, and upload to server. * Data verification for initial validation. Confirm that data obtained and recorded during the test are ultimately valid. * Identification of initial deviations in the test object’s parameters. * Verification of ISO compliance. * Creation of comprehensive documentation and a final report. Report type must align with customer requirements. * Failure reporting. Preliminary evaluation. Visual inspection and photographs. Disassembly and shipment management.
