We are seeking committed, responsible individuals eager to grow professionally and contribute to our team. **Job Description** We are looking to incorporate a **Junior Continuous Improvement and Data Analyst**, interested in developing their career within a dynamic environment focused on process optimization. The selected candidate will participate in operational efficiency projects, data analysis, and the application of Lean methodologies, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services. **Key Responsibilities.** * Maintain performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards. * Analyze data using tools such as Excel, Power BI or SQL. * Prepare reports and presentations for management and involved teams, and collaborate with other departments on continuous improvement projects. **Requirements** **Requirements.** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. * Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and/or process management tools. * Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience in SQL, Power BI or other analytics tools is desirable. * Intermediate-to-advanced level of English. **Competencies** * Analytical ability and results orientation. * Communication skills and teamwork. * Proactivity and continuous improvement mindset. * Organization and effective time management. **Additional Information** We offer: The opportunity to join a world-leading company with extensive professional development opportunities.
