Description
We are looking for a person to support the Accounting Department of a company located in Sabadell. Responsibilities include handling telephone calls and managing emails, preparing internal reports and documents, as well as supporting order processing, procurement, and supplier management. The role also involves maintaining databases, performing bank reconciliations, recording invoices, and managing accounts receivable and payable. Additionally, the candidate will assist in preparing financial statements, entering data into accounting software, and supporting tax filing.
Preferred qualifications include a Medium or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Administration and Finance, or similar studies in Accounting. A minimum of one year’s experience is required, along with proficiency in Excel and other office applications, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with numerical data. Responsibility, confidentiality, good communication skills, and teamwork are also essential.
The position offers an initial contract through a temporary employment agency, with potential transition to the client company. Working hours are part-time, extendable to 40 hours per week, from 13:00 to 18:00. The gross hourly wage is €11.54, and the role features a positive working environment with continuous training.
