Job Summary: We are seeking a Social Educator for a residential center in Roda de Berà to design and implement socio-educational activities, foster personal autonomy and social integration, and manage technical documentation and resident follow-up. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implementation of diverse socio-educational activities. 2. Promotion of user participation, autonomy, and social integration. 3. Preparation of technical assessments and Individual Care Plans. We are looking for a Social Educator for a residential center located in Roda de Berà. Prior experience as a social auxiliary or social educator is required, as well as residence in the area. The role involves designing and implementing diverse socio-educational activities, such as training workshops, crafts, festive celebrations, and recreational activities. The selected candidate will also organize excursions and accompany residents and their families on outings outside the center, fostering interaction among all parties. The objective is to promote active participation, personal autonomy, and social integration of each user. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for preparing social-area technical assessments, drafting Individual Care Plans, and attending meetings with other professionals to coordinate support services. Rigorous record-keeping of technical documentation and resident progress tracking is also required to ensure comprehensive care. The contract is temporary and part-time. Qualifications: Training as a Social Integrator, Nursing Assistant, or related fields. Prior experience in residential settings is desirable. Strong group facilitation skills and good activity organization are essential. Residence near Roda de Berà is required.
