We are seeking personnel for the industrial metrology department in Sant Fruitós de Bages. The primary responsibility is to ensure measurement accuracy and traceability for parts and equipment within a manufacturing environment. This involves maintaining quality standards, optimizing processes, and ensuring products meet technical specifications. Daily tasks include calibrating and verifying instruments such as micrometers and calipers, performing measurements according to engineering drawings, documenting results, and analyzing deviations. Metrological documentation is also managed to ensure traceability and compliance with established quality management systems. The work environment is dynamic and technologically advanced, with access to precision instrumentation. Continuous training is provided on metrology regulations and emerging technologies. This position directly contributes to the final product’s reliability and requires attention to detail and technical rigor. A specialized technical education in metrology or quality assurance is required, at the level of a Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) qualification or equivalent. Prior experience of at least one year in industrial settings is mandatory, preferably in quality control or metrology departments. Experience operating coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) is considered an asset.
