We are currently seeking a talented BIM Modeler to join our team. **Responsibilities** ---------- **Your Mission:** Interpret and model assigned projects, managing product orders required under client and PMG specifications, to design projects meeting client needs. **Your Responsibilities:** * Design and model 3D HVAC and Piping projects using Revit. * Create detailed drawings and custom components for project assembly and execution. * Update 3D models and produce As-Built models according to technical specifications. * Manage supplier requests to ensure timely delivery of required products. * Perform lighting studies and generate static images to address client and internal department requests. **Requirements** -------------- * **Experience:** 1\-2 years as a Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) or Architectural Modeler, or similar. * **Education:** Vocational Training Certificate (CGS) in Construction Applications and Project Development, Mechanical Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or Architecture. * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and Navisworks.
