Will you help us?** From **RAS Group Spain**, we are recruiting an **HR TECHNICIAN** for our office in **MARTORELL**. We are looking for a candidate holding a Higher Vocational Training qualification or University degree in Psychology, Labor Relations and/or Human Resources. With at least one year of experience performing tasks such as contract management, social security administration, payroll processing, invoicing, sick leave management (ITs), among other typical departmental responsibilities. Moreover, your primary responsibility will be anticipating our clients’ needs. Your mission will be to match candidates with companies: publishing job offers, screening CVs, conducting telephone, digital, and face-to-face interviews, preparing reports, and follow-up. In addition to specializing as an HR Technician, it is essential that you enjoy daily client interaction, advisory services, and client retention. **WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?** You must be passionate about human resources and have at least one year of experience in a similar position. A Higher Vocational Training qualification or University degree; degrees in Labor Relations, Psychology, or Law are particularly valued. A highly client- and service-oriented individual. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Immediate availability to join.
