Work with us HR Trainee We are currently looking for a new HR Trainee in Terrassa, Spain. Details We are currently seeking a student intern for the HR Trainee position. This role will involve, together with the HR and Legal team, managing tasks related to this department, providing support to the central office in Spain and to international subsidiaries. Main responsibilities, among others, include: * Personnel recruitment at both national and international levels. * Managing the onboarding process for new hires. * Creating and updating the organizational charts of the headquarters and subsidiaries. * Updating Job Descriptions. * Assisting in internal employee communication. * Managing the offboarding process for company staff. * Managing training for national employees. Who are we looking for? * Background in Psychology, Labor Relations, Master's in Human Resources Management, or similar. * Intermediate to advanced level in spoken and written English, essential. * An organized, proactive person with an interest in teamwork. * Residence near Terrassa, with personal vehicle to access the facilities. What do we offer? * Curricular \+ extracurricular or extracurricular internship agreement, with a total duration of approximately 8 months, until June or July 2026\. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 4 or 5 hours per day, depending on the student's availability. * Morning shifts. * Starting in October, November, or December 2025\. * Facilities located in Terrassa.
