Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Technician to manage goods inbound and outbound, perform picking and order preparation, and coordinate with external warehouses. Key Highlights: 1. Headquartered in Singapore, we are a team of 150 people in Spain and over 10,000 worldwide. **What Will Be Your Role?** You will play a key role in the warehouse's operational functioning, ensuring proper management of goods inbound and outbound. Responsibilities: * Performing picking and order preparation tasks. * Preparing shipments (palletizing). * Communicating ready-to-ship orders (dimensions and weights). * Receiving and registering orders in the SAP system. * Creating and managing logistics documents in SAP (stock adjustments, package creation, etc.). * Tracking and reporting on completed shipments. * Liaising with carriers (managing goods inbound and outbound). * Supporting stock controls and internal audits. * Occasional use of company vehicle for deliveries or pickups. * Procurement management: requesting quotations, approvals, and tracking them. * Managing delivery notes, purchases, and stock levels. * Purchasing customized requests. * Ensuring safety stock levels for materials. * Coordinating with external warehouses for shipments and receipts. **Who Are We Looking For?** **Basic Requirements:** * Experience or interest in logistics and warehousing. * Valid driving license class B. * Valid forklift and pallet truck operator licenses. * Methodical, solution-oriented, and organized. * Positive attitude and proactive mindset. **Desirable Requirements:** * Basic or intermediate English proficiency. * Technical skills or experience with management systems (SAP experience is a plus). **What Do We Offer?** * Opportunity to join a technology and engineering company with strong growth potential * Dynamic and international work environment * Being part of a multidisciplinary team * Continuous training plan * 26\+2 vacation days * Permanent intermittent contract * Full-time schedule * Workplace located in Sant Cugat del Vallès * Employee discount portal Are you interested in joining our team?
