Movento, a leading company in the automotive sector and part of the Moventia Group — a leader in mobility — is looking to hire for its facilities in Terrassa, **ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER – WARRANTY DEPARTMENT** Reporting to the department manager, you will be responsible for performing administrative functions within the workshop area, managing documentation and maintaining contact with customers. Your responsibilities will include: * Invoicing repairs covered by warranty * Internal tracking of invoicing and system data entry * Management, monitoring, and resolution of incidents * Internal and external communication * After-sales support for opening warranty claims and mechanical damage reports Requirements: * Vocational Training Qualification (CFGS) in Administration or equivalent * 2\-3 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably in the automotive after-sales sector * Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential * Strong interpersonal skills and workplace organization * Availability for a rotating shift schedule (two weeks of morning shifts from 8:00 to 16:00, followed by one week of afternoon shifts from 10:00 to 18:00) What we offer: * Opportunity to join a solid corporate group and become part of a professional team * Access to a Flexible Remuneration Plan: private health insurance, meal vouchers, childcare vouchers, etc. If this opportunity matches what you’re looking for, don’t hesitate to apply!
