We are seeking a **Workshop Manager** for our center in **Martorell**, with the ability to lead teams and optimize after-sales operations. ### **What will be your mission?** You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the workshop’s daily operations, ensuring productivity, service quality, process compliance, and customer satisfaction, while guaranteeing efficient management of the team and available resources. **Key Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Organize and supervise the workshop’s daily activities. * Manage, coordinate, and lead the technical team. * Plan workloads and assign repairs. * Monitor productivity, efficiency, and goal achievement. * Ensure quality control of performed interventions. * Supervise compliance with manufacturer procedures and standards. * Coordinate with reception, service advisors, and after-sales departments. * Manage technical incidents and support the team in complex repairs. * Track area KPIs: productivity, turnaround times, profitability, customer satisfaction, etc. * Supervise proper use of tools, facilities, and equipment. * Promote continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization. * Train, mentor, and develop the technical team. **Profile:** ----------- * Essential Requirements * Prior experience as a **Workshop Manager**, **Workshop Supervisor**, or **After-Sales Manager** in the automotive industry. * Experience managing technical teams. * Knowledge of mechanical and/or bodywork workshop processes. * Strong organizational skills and leadership capability. * Results-oriented, focused on productivity and service quality. * Experience working with performance indicators (KPIs). * Proficiency with computer tools and management software. * Valid driver’s license (Category B). ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience at **official dealerships**. * Familiarity with **SEAT / CUPRA or VAG Group** processes and standards. * Technical education in automotive engineering or after-sales management. * Experience optimizing processes and improving profitability. * Leadership-oriented profile with team motivation and customer service focus. **What We Offer:** --------------------- * Stable employment with an established and growing company in the automotive sector. * **Permanent contract**. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and role responsibilities. * Incentive or variable compensation scheme based on objectives (if applicable). * Continuous training and professional development. * A project with autonomy, responsibility, and decision-making authority. * Real opportunities for career growth within the group. * Integration into a dynamic team and a well-established professional environment. ### **We Want to Meet You** We seek a candidate with leadership capability, operational vision, and results orientation—someone able to drive workshop performance and contribute to delivering an outstanding customer experience. **Join Grup Lesseps and lead our workshop at the Martorell center.**
