Summary: We are seeking a social educator with experience in child and youth protection to carry out individual and group interventions, implement educational activities, and coordinate interdisciplinary efforts, ensuring the personal development of adolescents. Highlights: 1. Intervention as an educational agent at individual, group, and community levels. 2. Preparation of reports, activity planning, and educational follow-up. 3. Interdisciplinary coordination and crisis and conflict management. Qualifications: Mandatory: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Social Education or Equivalent Qualification. Desirable: Additional specialized training in child and adolescent protection. Contract Type: Permanent. Working Hours: Fridays 16:30–21:00; Saturdays and Sundays 10:00–22:00. Mandatory Requirements: Personal vehicle. In compliance with Article 13.5 of Organic Law 1/1996 on the Legal Protection of Minors, a valid Criminal Record Certificate for sexual offenses issued by the Central Registry is required prior to hiring. Prior experience working with children and youth in situations of social exclusion, preferably in CREI, CRAE, or Reception Centers. Proficiency in spoken and written Catalan is recommended, as is proficiency in standard office software. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required. Intervene as an educational agent at individual, group, and/or community levels. Carry out educational activities. Prepare reports and documentation, plan activities, and conduct educational follow-up. Perform domestic and daily life tasks while ensuring their proper execution. Coordinate internally and externally in an interdisciplinary manner. Act consistently with the service’s project and the organization’s mission. Respect the dignity of children and adolescents, their families, and all individuals at the center, regardless of origin or cultural background. Be objective and maintain appropriate professional distance, establishing positive affective bonds that support the personal development of adolescents. * Experience: 6 months.
