Engineering (construction) company based in Terrassa, specialized in industrial buildings, is seeking a site manager to oversee 2-3 construction sites in the Vallès Occidental area, with full-time on-site availability. Project-level responsibilities (knowledge of quantity takeoffs and plans): Organization (coordination with industrial teams and subcontractors), surveying, measurement of completed work, equipment control, worker performance monitoring, supplier cost control, site cleanliness and order, personnel and attendance supervision, waste management, tracking of completed work items, site visits. Preventive maintenance and document control.
