Responsibilities: Support the Store Manager in supervising and coordinating daily store operations. Act as substitute for the Store Manager during their absence, ensuring smooth store operations. Collaborate in managing and motivating kitchen and bar staff, fostering a positive and productive environment. Supervise compliance with brand quality, hygiene, and service standards. Assist in inventory control, supplier ordering, and waste management. Help organize staff shifts and schedules. Resolve customer issues and submit basic reports to headquarters. Ensure proper preparation and presentation of products (pokes, burritos, etc.), delivering a fast, healthy, and high-quality experience. Minimum Requirements: * Prior experience in hospitality, preferably in fast food or healthy food sectors, and team management. Leadership ability and decision-making skills. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations. Customer orientation, proactivity, and organizational skills. Flexible working hours and availability to work weekends.
