**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Escofet by Molins** transforms cities and enhances the use of public space through the design and industrialization of urban elements and architectural concrete. We contribute to comprehensive urban design projects, creating urban landscapes through our business lines: Urban Life (urban elements), Lighting (public lighting), Walking (paving), and Building (architectural concrete).
We are seeking a **Reinforcement Worker** to join our production team. The selected candidate will perform tasks related to the fabrication of reinforcement cages required in the production process, at a medium level of technical complexity, under the supervision of the Reinforcement Workshop Manager. Occasionally, they may support other workshop sections when production needs require, collaborating with workshop operators on support tasks.
**WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?**
Among other duties, the following are highlighted:
* Fabrication of reinforcement cages through tying and/or spot welding.
* Interpretation of drawings to ensure accurate execution of work.
* Strict compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations, including proper use of PPE, as well as maintaining order and cleanliness at the workstation.
* Collaboration in fulfilling the company’s established environmental regulations.

**Requirements**

We seek a candidate who meets the following requirements:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience.
* Additional non-regulated training courses, Medium-level Vocational Training, Compulsory Secondary Education, or other degrees, certifications, and licenses.
* Responsibility and commitment.
* Attention to detail and work quality.
* Concern for order and organization.
* Tolerance for routine and consistency.
* Ability to work effectively in a team.
* Advanced level of Spanish.
* Availability to work rotating central and intensive shifts.
