At Endress\+Hauser Spain, we are looking to hire a technically skilled, committed, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a **Calibration Technician**. **What do we expect from you?** Perform calibrations in the laboratory or on-site, traveling to the customer's location when necessary. All calibrations must be carried out following specific procedures for each type of calibration (SOP). The goal is to minimize customer downtime and increase customer satisfaction with the products and services offered by E\+H, doing so efficiently, safely, with quality, and profitability. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Perform calibrations according to established procedures. * Manage calibration standards, ensuring their proper operation and maintaining documented records of such management in compliance with ISO 17025. * Knowledge and use of support systems and processes to manage, create traceability, document, and effectively complete each calibration. * Develop and maintain a high level of product, service, metrology, and regulatory knowledge within the calibration team. * Develop and maintain efficiency, productivity, and quality of our calibration services, as well as customer satisfaction. * Continuous training in the calibration of pressure, temperature, and flow measurements. * Provide support to customers during their audits or inquiries related to calibration. * Analyze and resolve problems using personal experience and company resources. * Adhere to and respect health, safety, and environmental laws, regulations, and procedures of customers, local authorities, and Endress\+Hauser. * During the first 3 months after joining as a calibration technician, you must be accompanied and supervised by a calibration technician already validated by our Laboratory Calibration Manager. **What profile are we looking for?** * Knowledge and high level of competence in Calibration and Metrology * Knowledge of ISO 17025 standard * Technical qualification in instrumentation and calibration with more than 2 years of laboratory experience. * Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety practices * Essential understanding of industrial plants, processes, and quality requirements in regulated industries. * High practical ability * Experience in quality validation processes or quality audits * Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills, and the ability to effectively handle customer complaints, technical inquiries, and provide general phone support * Strong skills in supervising resources, procedures, and processes required * Good knowledge and experience using Microsoft applications, primarily Excel * Technical qualification in electrical engineering or instrumentation disciplines * Valid driver's license Medium to high level of English proficiency * **What benefits will you have?** * Opportunity to work in an international family-owned company. * Opportunities for professional and personal development.
