Carboline is seeking a technician to conduct technical demonstrations, support R&D and training activities, contributing to the protection of critical infrastructure across Europe.

Your key responsibilities will include: Conducting technical demonstrations for customers across Europe, applying firestop sealants and insulation materials in accordance with specifications and standards. Ensuring application quality and consistency, verifying that products perform as intended. Collaborating with the R&D laboratory to support testing, sample preparation, and product validation. Assisting in preparing technical documentation and certification test reports, working closely with the technical team. Serving as the technical reference during demonstrations, helping customers understand application methods and product advantages. Training sales teams and customers. Why Join Carboline? * Minimum 1 year of experience. One year of experience in mechanical work or construction-related roles (preferred but not mandatory)
* High School Diploma (Bachillerato)
* English (Advanced spoken and written)
* Spanish (Advanced spoken and written)
* Competencies / Knowledge: High School Diploma (technical or chemistry background is a plus). Essential: Fluent English for communication with international customers and R&D teams. Willingness to travel across Europe. Practical mindset and attention to detail. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Valid driver’s license
